“Half-a-house for sale”
A California real estate agent is selling half a house for half a million dollars.
The one-bedroom house just outside of Los Angeles was crushed by a tree in May. It destroyed half the house and a fence, and most of the roof was mangled.
Now what’s left of the property — with missing walls, hanging wires and no ceilings — is for sale at $500,000, or about nearly 17 million baht.
The agent says the electricity is turned off, but the plumbing still works.
“There’s been a lot of interest because demand is so high and supply, especially at this price, is so low,” the agent said.
