“Fake dentists arrested”
Nobody really likes going to the dentist. But imagine going to the dentist, only to find out he’s a fake.
Czech police have detained three suspects from the same family who have been treating patients in a fake dental clinic.
The family of three opened the clinic two years ago at their home in a town 100 kilometers southeast of Prague.
The trio made a good living from the clinic before they were arrested earlier this month.
They pleaded guilty to charges including running an illegal business and attempting bodily harm. They face up to eight years in prison.
Police say the family consulted the internet to do procedures, including extractions.
They were found out when a patient of theirs complained to another dentist about their shoddy work.
