“Patient refuses to leave hospital”
Tallahassee Memorial Hospital says it has a problem with one of its patients.
Despite getting better, she refuses to go home.
This month the hospital sued the patient, saying she has refused to depart her hospital room since being discharged last October.
The woman was admitted to the hospital for medical treatment and then told she could go home last October 6.
But she refuses.
The hospital contacted family members and offered transportation but still she doesn’t leave.
Details are sketchy as to why she entered the hospital in the first place — and why she won’t leave.
