“Japanese man sleeps just 30 minutes a day”
A Japanese man claims to sleep only 30 minutes a day and says he hardly gets tired.
Daisuke Hori, 36, says he’s been sleeping just 30 minutes for the past 12 years.
He said he lowered his daily sleep schedule from eight hours to 30 minutes, and there have been no negative side-effects.
Hori said that he always felt 16 hours was not enough to achieve everything he wanted to do in a day.
In just a few years he was able to lower his sleep to a measly half an hour – claiming he is still “healthy and energetic”.
To prove it, he allowed a TV crew into his house for three days to document his unique lifestyle.
Despite the television show, many people remain sceptical of Hori’s claims.
