“Ghost sends family fleeing”
A mother says a ghost forced her family to flee their home.
Lauren Roth started renting a house in November last year with her husband and two children, aged 4 and 6.
Lauren started noticing strange goings-on in her house, from “out of nowhere” bruises to lights randomly turning on and off.
She called upon paranormal investigators and even a priest to find out what was really happening.
Lauren explained: “My 6-year-old son started sleepwalking and weird stuff started happening. It got to the point where my son was talking to somebody. Then things were getting moved around the house, and we’d seen something during the night.”
Last Sunday was the family’s breaking point.
She said: “We put our son to bed. Then I heard him screaming. I could hear him saying ‘get off me!’ and ‘leave me alone!
“Then the bathroom light just turned off. That night, at 2 am, we left home and went to my mum’s in a taxi.”
Lauren said since the family moved, “everything has stopped” and her son no longer sleepwalks.
