“Man wins lottery twice”
A Connecticut man was thrilled when he won $10,000 in an instant lottery. He was even more thrilled when he won a million dollars from the same lottery just one week later.
The Massachusetts State Lottery said Sevan Garabettian bought a Ghostbusters scratch-off ticket from a store in Agawam.
The ticket turned out to be a $1 million winner.
Garabettian had visited lottery headquarters just one week earlier to collect a $10,000 prize he won from another lottery ticket he bought from the same store.
The winner said his prize money will go toward buying a new house and making investments.
