“Did it just want a Slurpee?”
Police in Florida were summoned to a 7-Eleven store to remove a cold-blooded loiterer refusing to make any purchases — an alligator.
Sarasota Police said the gator, measuring about 3.12 metres, wandered up to the 7-Eleven store in Sarasota.
It didn’t attack anybody, but it didn’t go away either, so store owners called the police.
It’s not the first time an alligator has been apprehended by Sarasota police.
They previously removed a 4.27 metre alligator from the middle of a road just one week earlier.
